Official FONL membership is conferred upon Norris Lake Home Owner/Residents & Renters/Lessees by the payment of annual donation or by the regular volunteer involvement in monthly meeting, projects and events organized by FONL.
DONATIONS; Donations have been established in increments of $25, $50, $100, for which token amenities are awarded and donors name added to the official FONL e-mail list. 

1. Donation for membership of $25 receives mailbox decal, and koozie.
2. Donation for membership of $50 receives a cap with logo, mailbox decal, and koozie (2A) or a t-shirt, mailbox decal and koozie (2B).
3. Donation for membership of $100 receives a cap with logo plus a t-shirt, mailbox decal, and koozie.

Each member is free to pay a donation at any time during the year, when it is financially convenient. Official membership provides the right to vote on ALL organization matters.
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP: A provision is made herein for Associate Membership and encompasses prior owner(s) or renter(s) when continuation of FONL membership is desired and justified. Approval of any such individual requires: 

1. a recommendation by a current FONL member,
2. the payment of dues by the prospective Associate Member,
3. announcement of the forthcoming vote in the current meeting minutes, and an affirmative majority vote of all OFFICIAL MEMBERS present at the succeeding meeting.

Associate Members will have no rights or privileges, actual or implied, associated and granted by the NLCBC.
